RETURN POLICY:
If you are not happy with your purchase from PeeperSleepers we will be happy to exchange it for another item or we will refund your purchase price (excluding all shipping and gift wrapping charges).
Returned or exchanged items must be returned in original packaging with all original tags. Please include a copy of your invoice. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from order date. You will need to obtain a R.A.N. via email to returns@peepersleepers.com

R.A.N. (Return Authorization Number):
We will issue a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Requests for return and exchange authorization numbers must be received within 15 days of receipt of the item(s). Return the item with the original packing slip/invoice and your Return Authorization Number and a note why the return.
We cannot guarantee that we can credit you the purchase price if you do not receive a Return Authorization number. Returns shipped freight collect will not be accepted.
We MUST receive returns within 16 days of issuing a return authorization number. Returns received beyond that timeframe will either be charged a restocking fee of 15%.

CUSTOM ORDERS & ON SALE ITEMS:

PeeperSleepers accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. To pre-pay by check print out your order and mail it to the address below.

MISTAKES
If we make a mistake, yes it happens, will be generous and fix it. We will pay for your return shipping and always add a gift. If the customer makes a mistake, it never happens!, he is responsible for original shipping on returns for refund. If he exchanges a product he will be charged for both inbound and outbound shipping.
