Please note the following regarding our shipping:
If one or the other safari style PeeperSleepers is sold out or discontinued, than we will substitute that mask for another one to fill the order.
Most orders will ship in 10 business days or sooner.
If you wish to receive your orders sooner you can a) request via email a sooner ship date or b) send us your FedEx account number and will ship via FedEx.
Our shipping and insurance costs reflect our best estimate of actual costs - we do not charge for packing materials, like boxes and fillers.
In most cases we adjust the shipping charges to actual shipping and handling cost.
WE WILL BEGIN TO CHARGE SHIPPING STARTING NOVEMBER 10th, 2008. EVEN IF MERCHANDISE IS ANNOUNCED "FREE SHIPPING". Merchandise that is larger (Pillows, Neck wraps etc) and heavier the shipping charges will be adjusted to reflect cost to us.
Like any other company we like to rip off our customers with inflated shipping charges*1}. If you feel you got ripped of, let us know and will try to fix it, if reasonable under current economics of shipping and handling all orders.
*1} We try sometimes to be funny. Result of flying Southwest Airlines to many times!
